Refunds, Cancellations & Exchanges:
Since all of our items are made to order, we do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges. However, if you're not satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us within 2 days of receiving your order, and we'll do our best to assist.
Damaged Items:
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, we’ll gladly send a replacement. Please contact us within 2 days of receiving the damaged item and include photos with your email to expedite the process.
Lost Packages:
Once your package is handed over to USPS, we are no longer responsible for its delivery. If your package hasn’t moved in several days or appears lost, please contact USPS to file a claim.
